The Journey so far
2018
VEGAPOD HYPERLOOP IS FOUNDED
A bunch of sophomore undergraduates from multiple disciplines of engineering, came together to form a research cohort to design, develop and build a sub-scale version of Hyperloop.
2019
SPACE-X HYPERLOOP POD COMPETITION 2019
Vegapod Hyperloop participated in the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition 2019 for the first time. Ranked in the Top 20 teams in the world and Top 3 in Asia. Only asian team to present a pod with propulsion method as Linear Induction Motor.
2021
EUROPEAN HYPERLOOP WEEK 2021
Vegapod Hyperloop, amongst the top 21 teams all around the world at the European Hyperloop Week 2021. Only Asian team to present Full scale Hyperloop design. Developed and tested India's Fastest Hyperloop Pod Prototype;
2021
QUINTRANS HYPERLOOP IS FOUNDED
The team leadership decided to incorporate the company officially with a vision to develop the first Asian hyperloop network.

DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA'S LARGEST TRACK BASED LINEAR MOTOR SYSTEM FOR PORT AUTOMATION DEMONSTRATION
